LuAnn Myers Pinelli

LuAnn was born and raised in Lock Haven, PA and relocated to Wisconsin in 1975. She and her husband, Michael, share their home with 2 dogs, Norah and Gabby, and a cat Willa who have no clue they are animals and are convinced they are human children!

Luann has 4 grown children, 4 wonderful “kids-in-law,” 3 grandchildren: Eli, Ella, and Joseph and is blessed to have 2 great-grandchildren: Elijah and Kalani.

LuAnn’s background is in customer service and caring for people, evident in her warm welcome in our church office. Her experience in the church has been 100% on the job training. After 10 years on the job, she says she is still learning and trying to acquire the needed skills!

LuAnn is an avid knitter with multiple “W.I.P.s” (Work In Progress) at any given time. But her true passion is raising and ultimately releasing Monarch butterflies from eggs that she finds and collect in nature. She takes every opportunity available to help others understand that we can all do our part to help the declining population of Monarchs by planting butterfly gardens, and milkweed (the only thing the Monarch caterpillar will eat) but above all else drastically reducing our use of pesticides!

LuAnn says “I am blessed beyond measure to be part of the staff here at Lakeshore. I joke that the last line of my job description is”…and anything else that needs done” and that has often been the case. It fills be with an abundance of joy to be able to serve God through serving God’s people in any way I am called.”
